At Face to Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags into the original shipping mailer or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
